This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how SoCap ("Company", "we", "our" or "us") collects, uses, shares and stores personal information about users of the Mobile App. This Policy applies to the applications, products, and services (collectively, the "Services") in which it is published, linked, or referenced.

websites or services that you may access through the Application or that you send to us via email, text message or other electronic or offline communication.

  8. information you provide to us in connection with token holdings purchased, such as earnings earned from wagering and the number of tokens in your portfolio.

We may obtain information about you from other third party sources and may add it to the information we receive when you use the Services. Such information may include:
  1. registration using a single sign-on account: When you register for certain user accounts(such as on the Usecrypt Messenger site ), you also have the option to use a single sign-on ("SSO") account. With SSO, you can register for different services and platforms using a single account. Some of our Websites currently offer the ability to use the single sign-on services offered by Usecrypt Messenger ("Usecrypt"). The Usecrypt Messenger Privacy Policy and Terms of Use apply to your registration for use of the Usecrypt service see (privacy policy) Please note that your registration for use of the Usecrypt Messenger service is subject to the Usecrypt Messenger Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
  2. we may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the Websites, track user movements on the Websites, and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. Users can control the use of cookies and local storage at the individual browser level.
We will never ask you to share private keys or wallet seeds. Never trust anyone or any site that asks you to enter your private keys!

  3. to process and complete transactions and send related information, including purchase confirmations and invoices

we may suspend your use of any Services without notice pending an investigation
if a security breach is suspected.
